Microsoft updates its 365 subscriptions for charities

Microsoft is increasing the pricing of Microsoft 365 for non-profit customers. Microsoft 365 can only be purchased on an annual subscription now.

Microsoft 365 Business Premium (Non-profit) is now £4.10 pcm
Microsoft 365 E3 (Non-profit) is now £7.90 pcm
Office 365 E1 (Non-profit) is now £1.89 pcm
Office 365 E3 (Non-profit) is now £5.10 pcm
Office 365 E5 (Non-profit) is now £13.40 pcm

We believe this still represents great value with Microsoft 365 being a central part of most businesses productivity. In addition, the UK's telecoms industry is moving to full fibre in 2025 at which point OpenReach will switch off the copper-wired PTSN and ISDN network. This means traditional phones will no longer work.

Microsoft 365 Business Voice is the next level up from Microsoft 365 and adds a Voice over Internet Phone (VoIP) system. Using Microsoft Teams, it gives you phone calls, chat and meetings in a single app. Teams offers a host of communication features such as conference calls, group divert and call recording that can help your business be more productive. Some Strident customers, such as Rapid Dispatch, have already made the move to Microsoft 365 Business Voice and seen operational benefits and cost savings.
