Paul Lasky, Group Financial Controller at Sub-Zero Wolf Ltd, oversees the IT infrastructure. “Historically, we have managed the business’s IT requirements in-house with a colleague dedicated to IT support. However, due to turnover in this position, we decided to add external support to ensure our needs were met,” explains Paul.
