Clearer calls on Teams with 'voice isolation'.

Early in 2024, Microsoft will be rolling out Teams With Voice isolation. This will enhance phone calls in noisy background environments, such as an airport or coffee shop, to create clear and uninterrupted calls or meetings, no matter where you are.

This feature uses AI to filter out all background noise, including other people's voices. By using your voice profile, this advance noise suppression capability ensures only your voice is transmitted.

'Voice isolation' is powered by Microsoft's advanced deep learning, speech services and audio processing technology.

Teams and Microsoft 365

Microsoft 365 Business Voice is the next level up from Microsoft 365 Business and adds a phone system that integrates with Office 365. Microsoft 365 Business Voice is a cloud-based phone system that integrates into the Office suite.

Using Microsoft Teams gives you calling, chat and meetings in a single app. Your contacts and calendar are connected across Teams and Outlook, and you can collaborate with colleagues and customers by using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint within calls and meetings.
