Microsoft online workshop: how to do more with less

Microsoft is hosting a free online workshop, delivered via Teams, aimed at helping small to medium businesses make the most of their Microsoft 365 subscription. Held online at 11am on Monday 25th September, the workshop looks at the challenges small businesses face and how they've adapted to an increasingly online world transformed by the pandemic.

What does it cover?

The presenters will cover;

  • Key challenges for Small and Medium Businesses in a hybrid work world
  • Enabling collaboration and IT security with Microsoft 365 Business Premium
  • Microsoft Defender for Business, enterprise-grade device security
  • The business benefits of Microsoft 365 Business Premium by reducing cost and complexity

Why should I attend?

"Most business owners are looking for same thing; to have a secure and productive working environment that is flexible and adaptable, and allows them to get on with running their business," explains Chris Joberns, Managing Director at Strident. "For example, a business may want its staff in the office most of the time but ensure they remain collaborative, productive and secure when working from home or away on business. Should these needs change rapidly or temporarily, businesses need the ability to adapt quickly while retaining the efficiency."

"Using Microsoft 365 Business Premium provides a work environment where communication and productivity tools are deeply integrated with security tools, to ensure colleagues can work effectively across multiple devices and locations. This workshop will discuss the issues that small businesses face and the solutions available to them."
