"Take 5 to Stop Fraud" is a campaign by Action Fraud, leaders in taking online scam reports and getting prosecutions.They are responsible for the 22-month sentence handed to the 20-year-old male from North London, who is responsible for the HMRC, Royal Mail, banks, and mobile phone provider phishing scams. 

 The idea of the take 5 campaign is to encourage everyone to take 5 to think about what they are seeing:

• Stop – take a moment to stop and think before parting with any money or information 
• Challenge – Is this fake? It's ok to reject or ignore quests while you do bit of checking. Criminals will rush you, legitimate requests will be comfortable to wait for payment while you verify who they are 
• Protect – Contact your bank straight away if you think you have been a victim of a scam – make sure you report to Action Fraud too.
