Dubber call recording

Record calls and search contents easily

Recording calls is great for training, compliance and dispute resolution but simply having a long list of audio files in date order makes reviewing and searching call content a laborious process.

Dubber is a call recording system that will record both sides of the conversation and save it to an audio file which is held in the cloud. The audio file is then analysed by Dubber's artificial intelligence, and a text transcript of the conversation is produced. The text files can then be easily searched and clicking on the text will take you directly to that portion of the audio file.

Integrates with Teams

Dubber integrates with Microsoft Teams Business Voice cloud platform - ideal when the UK's traditional telephone network is switched off in 2025 - so any device that you use to make phone calls with Microsoft Teams, from your smartphone and tablet to your desktop and dedicated handset, will work with Dubber. This is invaluable where compliance or legal requirements demand all communications to be recorded.

Intelligent call recording offers huge benefits in productivity. Using the Dubber dashboard, you can search a huge number of conversations very easily and then quickly drill down into that conversation to find the portion you need. Dubber can even automatically tag conversations based on words it hears in the conversation or analyse the tone of the conversation to suggest whether callers were sad, angry or happy.

Security and control

Security is an essential part of the cloud-based call recording system. All data and audio files are encrypted and stored on the Microsoft Azure platform and Amazon Web Services platform. The Dubber dashboard allows the administrator to set permissions for all users, controlling who can see the files and what they can do with them. A retention policy can be set to remove all files after specified time or select particular files to be retained indefinitely.
