Microsoft 365 adds value for business

Microsoft 365 is a new offering from that builds on the renowned Office 365 suite of productivity tools to include advanced security and device management features.

Advanced security

You want to work productively without worrying if important business information is being lost or compromised. Businesses that have not put the right procedures in place could face big fines under the Data Protection Act, which includes GDPR.

One of the security features that Microsoft has added includes Advanced Threat Protection to defend against sophisticated threats hidden in email attachments and links. ATP users get cutting-edge software learning to protect against ransomware and advanced malware.

Intune allows you to remotely wipe company data from lost or stolen phones, tablets and laptops. This can be installed on colleagues' own devices without interfering with their personal apps and you can prevent users copying or saving company information to unauthorized, personal apps too.

Unlimited Exchange Online Archiving saves all your emails with long-term preservation policies to ensure you don't lose emails even if colleagues try to delete them accidentally or on purpose.

Easy device management

Rarely do colleagues work in isolation on one device. PCs are networked and information is shared via the cloud to mobile devices. Keeping all these devices safe and secure can be hard and Microsoft has included its latest device management tools to help.

Intuitive security controls enable you to configure security features and settings on Windows 10 PCs and devices running iOS or Android with ease. You can set your PCs to automatically install Office and Windows 10 updates to protect against the latest threats.

Intune's Mobile Device Management can be used to centrally create and deploy security policies to protect your data on all your colleagues' iOS and Android devices, as well as their Windows PCs.
