We contribute to both practice and theory through our action research programme and are at the leading edge of developments in this important and fast moving sector. Our contributions to practice were originally targeted at small and medium sized enterprises in business and third sectors but are increasingly of interest to schools and those in post-compulsory education. Contributions to knowledge through our research programme are broader and inform both academic research and public policy.
